Refund & Return Policy – Camys

1. THE PRODUCT NEVER ARRIVED

Our estimated shipping time is between 5 to 8 business days, not including the 1 to 3 business days required for order preparation and shipping.

2. DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL

If your product arrives damaged, please take photos and videos and send them to our support team at contact@camys.shop.

After our team verifies and confirms the issue, you will have two options:

  • We will send you a replacement product.
  • We will issue a 100% refund.

3. DEFECTIVE OR BROKEN PRODUCT AFTER USE

You have 30 days from the delivery date to report any issues.

If the product is found to be defective within this period, you may return it at your own expense. Once received and verified, we will issue a full refund as store credit, which can be used to reorder the item.

4. CHANGE OF OPINION

If you change your mind, you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Please contact us at contact@camys.shop to initiate the return process.

We will provide you with a return address. Please note:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

5. EXCHANGE

If you would like to exchange your product, you have 30 days from the delivery date.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. To start an exchange, contact our team at contact@camys.shop.

6. WRONG PRODUCT

If you receive the wrong item, you have 30 days to report it. We’ll cover the return shipping and issue a 100% refund.
